We warmly welcome USDA ARS postdoc Logan Blair to the Grunwald lab. He will join the team to further develop the nf-core\pathogensurveillance computational pipeline to diagnose pathogens using whole genome sequences. He will also conduct population genomic research on Phytophthora pathogens.
